This morning, nearly 100 local World War II, Korean War, and Vietnam War Veterans flew from EAA in Oshkosh to Washington D.C. where they will visit the WWII Memorial, Korean War Memorial, Vietnam War Wall, and Arlington National Cemetery. Six Oshkosh Defense team members had the opportunity to be Guardians on the trip. We are proud to support organizations like Old Glory Honor Flight who remain dedicated to honoring our Veterans. If you're planning on attending EAA tonight, help us welcome them home at Boeing Plaza on the grounds at 6:30 p.m. To our Veterans, thank you for your service!

Did you know Oshkosh, Wisconsin is also home to the EAA? Each year in July, EAA AirVenture, a weeklong fly-in convention, attracts more than 600,000 people and 10,000 airplanes, making Wittman Regional Airport the busiest airport in the world for the week. Thank you to our team member, Alexzandria, for capturing this cool shot during one of the airshows!
