It is with deep sadness that we announce the unexpected passing of our dear colleague, Andrew DeBolt, who left us on July 22, 2024, at the age of 53. Andrew was more than just a colleague; he was a beloved member of the NXT Level family. “His positive attitude, kindness, and dedication left a lasting impact on everyone who had the honor of working with him,” share Michael Lauren and Vijay Babers, Co-Presidents of NXT Level. “Andrew’s remarkable sense of humor and strategic insight were instrumental in our customers success and future growth. His absence will be profoundly felt by everyone at NXT Level,” adds Dan Pollack, PMP, AINS, Chief Customer Officer of NXT Level. Born in Altoona, PA, Andrew graduated from Hollidaysburg Area High School in 1988. He pursued higher education at Penn State University before following his passion to the United States Army. There, he realized his dream of flying helicopters and went on to serve as an Instructor Pilot, guiding others to achieve their own dreams. Andrew proudly served his country for eight years. After his military service, Andrew transitioned into a career in Information Technology, where he excelled in various roles, ultimately making significant contributions as our Engagement Director and serving on our Executive Team. Our thoughts and heartfelt condolences are with his family and friends during this difficult time. We ask that you keep them in your thoughts and prayers as we remember and honor Andrew’s memory. He will be dearly missed and forever cherished.
