#Philadelphia, here we come! We are thrilled to announce Norwegian Cruise Line’s 2026 Spring/Summer deployment with our much-anticipated return to PhilaPort (The Port of Philadelphia) in over 15 years! Philadelphia is an iconic city full of American history and culture—from the iconic Liberty Bell to the legendary Rocky Balboa. As the first passenger cruise line to homeport in Philadelphia in many years, the arrival of Norwegian Jewel is a key milestone for us and our partners at PhilaPort (The Port of Philadelphia). We’re incredibly excited to bring the joy of cruising back to this amazing city and surrounding areas, offering guests an amazing new homeport to set sail from. A heartfelt thank you and congratulations to everyone who made this partnership possible: Philadelphia Mayor Cherelle Parker, Jeff Theobald, Executive Director and CEO of PhilaPort, NCL’s President David Herrera, Chad Berkshire, Juan Kuryla, Brian Gilroy, Matthew Weintraub, Dan Farkas, and many others! Your hard work and dedication have been instrumental in making this dream a reality. Here's to new adventures and unforgettable journeys! https://lnkd.in/eS2_YGCc

I’m thrilled that Oceania Cruises’ newest ship, Allura, has successfully completed its #FloatOut! This moment is incredibly special for the entire #NCLHfamily, as it marks a new milestone in luxury cruising and our mission to have our guests “Vacation Better, Experience More.” Allura redefines intimate luxury at sea, offering 11 decks of world-class amenities, stunning accommodations, and exceptional dining experiences. This 823-foot vessel is designed with the ultimate comfort and elegance in mind, ready to elevate the cruising experience like never before. What makes this even more special is how Allura embodies our commitment to sustainability through our “Sail & Sustain” program. The ship features state-of-the-art technology to minimize environmental impact, aligning with our “Charting the Course” strategy. Congratulations to Frank Del Rio and the Oceania Cruises team for bringing Allura to life. I can’t wait for the world to experience the magic of this incredible ship.

In celebration of #WorldEnvironmentDay, I’m excited to share the release of our 2023 “Sail & Sustain” report, which highlights the incredible progress we’ve made in our sustainability journey. At Norwegian Cruise Line Holdings Ltd., this is a priority deeply embedded in our values and operations. Our “Charting the Course” strategy is our roadmap to a successful future and is strongly underpinned by our commitment to sustainability. In 2022, we set a path to achieve #NetZero by 2050, and I’m proud to report that 50% of our fleet is now equipped for #shorepower, with a target of 70% by 2025. Reaching this key milestone and continuing progress in reducing GHG emissions and energy consumption, reflects our unwavering dedication to reducing our environmental impact and protecting our planet. But our commitment goes beyond environmental measures. We focus on five key pillars: Reducing Environmental Impact, Sailing Safely, Empowering People, Strengthening our Communities, and Operating with Integrity & Accountability. These pillars guide every decision we make, ensuring we create a positive impact on our planet and the communities where we operate. I invite you to explore our 2023 “Sail & Sustain” report and see firsthand how we’re making sustainability a core part of our mission: https://lnkd.in/eCN_Fd_J Together, we are #ChartingtheCourse towards a more sustainable future. Yesterday, we unveiled the most comprehensive new-build order in the history of our company—a total of 8 state-of-the-art vessels over a ten-year period between 2026 and 2036, representing nearly 25,000 additional berths, with new classes of ships for each of our 3 award-winning brands, and the construction of a multi-ship pier at Great Stirrup Cay, our private island destination in the Bahamas and top-rated Caribbean port of call. This unprecedented decade-long strategy enhances its product offering, guest experiences, and operational infrastructure, Norwegian Cruise Line is expected to take delivery of four ~200,000 gross tons ships, each with a capacity of nearly 5,000 guests, in 2030, 2032, 2034, and 2036; Oceania Cruises is scheduled to take delivery of two 86,000 gross ton ships, each with a capacity of 1,450 guests in 2027 and 2029; Regent Seven Seas Cruises is scheduled to take delivery of two 77,000 gross tons ships, each with a capacity of 850 guests, in 2026 and 2029. In partnership with FINCANTIERI, each of our brands will design their new ship class and focus on creating the largest, most efficient, and innovative vessels of their respective fleet. Aligning with our Sail & Sustain sustainability efforts, the new ship designs are expected to advance our journey towards decarbonization.
