    I attribute so much of my career success to the mentors I had early on. When I was just trying to get my bearings in the working world, they helped me see what I couldn't and put me on the right path. Their foresight and guidance allowed me to be in the right rooms at the right times to move up in my career swiftly. And I've learned that this is KEY to keeping people engaged at work. Your people want to keep moving and growing but without proper guidance, they will be left directionless. Be a mentor that helps your team navigate their career. Encourage your people to seize opportunities as they come. Because it's rewarding to share your knowledge, to be a resource, and to be a steward to those behind you.     We are #hiring a Maintenance Supervisor for a mid-size CPG company client based in Henderson, NV. 🚀 This is an on-site, full-time role responsible for managing plant maintenance. Responsibilities: ✅ Direct, coordinate and facilitate the daily activities of a team of skilled employees to ensure the completion of maintenance--both preventative and corrective--in a safe, timely, cost-effective manner. ✅ Ensure standards for product quality, equipment, and operator performance are maintained and that cost-effective technology is used to maximize production. Ensure fixed assets are preserved. Initiate recommendations on purchases of new equipment and production assets. ✅ Assist in the development of maintenance budget, monitor plant spending, and report on operating costs within functional areas. Alert management of cost and labor over run, makes recommendations and implement solutions to problems related to same. ✅ Work effectively with plant functional managers to develop and maintain a positive employee relations environment. Advise management team on labor issues including safety, security, employee relations, scheduling, training, grievances and the like.
