𝗧𝗲𝗹𝗹 𝘂𝘀 𝗮𝗯𝗼𝘂𝘁 𝘆𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗠𝗶𝗹𝗮𝗻 𝘀𝘁𝗼𝗿𝘆! My interview at Milan Laser feels like it was yesterday, though it was over two years ago. Milan’s core values closely align with my own, so I knew it would be a great fit. I started as a Client Resolution Specialist, a newly established role, putting my sales retention and world-class customer service skills to the test. Milan opened clinic after clinic nationwide (still doing so today), and our team expanded. I then embraced a new challenge as a supervisor and have never looked back! Within a year, Milan Laser introduced a new role — Laser Support Specialist. I continued supporting our Client Resolution team while delving into a new aspect of our business, expanding my understanding of laser operations and collaborating closely with our dedicated Providers and Laser Service team. This experience enriched my skills and knowledge, for which I am grateful. Now, I concentrate exclusively on our Client Resolution team and Milan’s achievements in client satisfaction and retention. Leading a team of eight funny, hardworking, and motivated individuals is an absolute pleasure.
