One of the most exciting features from Pathways, for both our team and providers, is our new motion capture technology. In the past, getting real, objective measures remotely was tough. But now, with accurate movement analysis on joint range of motion and combined functional motion, you can assess patients better than ever, no matter where they are. This is especially beneficial for patients who can’t frequently visit the clinic due to distance or cost. Our technology bridges that gap, helping clinicians advance their analysis and better serve their patients. We're thrilled about the potential for better outreach and reaching more patients. What areas of Pathways would you like us to explore in future videos? Let us know! 👇

The team's philosophy for Pathways is centered around an emphasis on biopsychosocial design. How has this approach impacted our first three programs—musculoskeletal, osteoarthritis, and fall prevention? Meet Jon Ide-Don, Director of Clinical Programs at MedBridge, who is helping lead the team in building tools that enable clinicians to deliver care at scale. With his extensive background in physical therapy, Jon guides the design of evidence-based exercises and education that ensure patients are always progressing, helping them move better, feel better, and live better every day. I am thrilled to announce that my courses on Data Science and its application in musculoskeletal care are now live and available for viewing. More detailed information will follow, but I wanted to take a moment to express my sincere gratitude to MedBridge and Andrew Mickus for their invaluable support throughout this process. These programs are designed to go beyond the superficial use of "Data" as a trendy term. The goal is to bring forward a more advanced and widespread application of data-driven approaches in healthcare settings, focusing on physical therapy and related allied health disciplines. As always, I welcome your feedback and comments. More information on this will follow. The course links are below. 1. https://lnkd.in/gDDBUeF7 2. https://lnkd.in/gQQsPP5D I am grateful and humbled to have this opportunity.

What if the key to detecting dementia from Alzheimer's lies in our everyday conversations? In episode 4 of Speech Scope, seasoned clinical researcher Alyssa M. Lanzi, PhD, CCC-SLP, discusses how language has the potential to be a groundbreaking non-invasive biomarker for early detection. She joins host Sarah Baar for an insightful conversation about aging, as they explore strategies for organizing thoughts around vague client language complaints and gain valuable insights into treatment for neurocognitive disorders. Listen for free on Spotify or Apple podcasts. For CEUs and bonus takeaway handouts, log in to medbridge.com/speech-scope to complete the post-course quiz and survey.
