Life is inherently accompanied by risks and challenges, crucial elements that propel us towards our optimal existence. Embracing challenges prevents us from succumbing to complacency and the allure of a comfort zone. My personal journey, which commenced several years ago, led me to take a bold step – relocating to a different country to explore and embrace the offerings of another continent. The decision to embark on this adventure was not without its apprehensions, especially considering my resignation from a distinguished company where I had dedicated a decade to a diligent team in the Oil and Gas industry, coupled with a few years in manufacturing. Delving into the unknown and grappling with self-doubt became a daily struggle as I questioned the validity of my choices. My initial glimmer of hope emerged during an interview with Monica McCracken, the CEO of MMC Consulting, Inc., who was hiring for one of their Executive Search Clients. This encounter marked the inception of my professional journey in the United States, as I then joined the MMC Consulting team in October 2022 as a Management Consultant. Ecclesiastes 3:1, reminds us that there is a time and a season for everything, and now is the time for me to embark on a new journey. During my tenure at MMC, I gained exposure to diverse sectors, including Healthcare, Promotional, Shipping and Fulfillment, Non-Profit organizations, Cryptocurrency Mining, and Investment Management. These invaluable experiences allowed me to collaborate with exceptional colleagues who consistently offered support, aiding in the understanding of Corporate America's culture, taxation matters, and other intricacies pivotal in the Consulting Realm.
