Please join us in congratulating Alexcia (Susu) Taylor on her promotion to Property Manager at The Mark at Midtown Park. Susu joined Magnolia in July 2020 as the leasing agent at our Henderson/Moser properties. After that, she leased up Magnolia at West Lemmon and then was promoted to the Assistant Manager at The Mark when Magnolia acquired it in 2022. Her favorite thing about property management is building a community and watching others build relationships within it. She loves that there's always someone who can provide support at Magnolia and is grateful for all the friends she has made along the way. Join us in congratulating Sophie Mayo on her recent promotion from Sr. Property Manager to Regional Manager. Sophie has been with Magnolia for four years and has worked at many of our properties in the Dallas portfolio. Sophie's journey with Magnolia has seen her meet the needs and challenges of both traditional stand alones and boutique properties, in addition to both new construction lease ups and third party stabilized. She has exemplified consistent growth in industry knowledge and a true dedication to her craft, including receiving her CAM Certification in March of this year.
