Unsure of what he wanted to pursue, Andres utilized KCI’s Rotational Engineering Program to explore opportunities in the industry and gain valuable knowledge from multiple directions. His days fluctuated from working on engineering designs for roadway, power distribution, and water/wastewater projects to familiarizing himself with state, federal, and local regulations and standards for various projects.
