Meet Sunny! 👀 Sunny is the nickname for the anatomical model Kaleidoscope’s design and engineering team developed to train retinal surgeons on the innovative new Electrotransfection Gene Therapy pioneered by PulseSight (formerly Eyevensys). To properly prepare surgeons for the novel obstacles experienced in the procedure, Kaleidoscope’s team of designers created this model to accurately simulate limited orbital access and the rotational effects of the rectus muscles of the human eye. Sunny doesn’t talk much, but he has seen quite a lot! Learn More: https://lnkd.in/gEeHHEcJ #IndustrialDesign #Engineering #ProductDevelopment #Innovation #Ophthalmology #AMD

Full product development firm bringing our clients’ ideas to next-level success | an Infosys Company
About us
When clients come to us for product design and development, they get a full range of technical expertise and laboratory resources, but they also get a team that’s relentless when it comes to solving problems and creating designs that are the ideal combination of function and form. What does that mean? We build tools that save lives. For surgeons, it means they have tools that not only address but anticipate their needs, which helps improve their patients’ outcomes. We create products that save money and ensure safety. For people juggling family, work, and other demands, it means they have products that provide real help in managing their everyday lives. And for businesses, it means their bottom line is supported with durable tools that improve efficiency and protect their teams. From concept to production plan, or at any phase in between, we are a partner that can extend your product development know-how or provide additional mindpower to free up in-house teams.

I am in awe of this team. We came together on Infosys's beautiful campus in Bangalore, evaluating new software tools and processes to help Kaleidoscope Innovation scale with even more robustness. But we also announced tremendous quarterly results capping off a year of stellar growth for Kaleidoscope. We are now nearly 4x the size as we were when Infosys acquired our business in 2020, and we're working on increasingly complex and meaningful projects for our clients across nearly every industry. This does not happen without our business partners trusting us with their most strategic projects, for which I am incredibly grateful. Thank you. I am particularly proud of our expansion into the energy sector, for which we are inventing a future where the United States' infrastructure is better equipped to transmit green, sustainable energy from source to use. A special thank you to these folks who made the trip to Bangalore to set up Kaleidoscope for an even better year ahead.

Any #BluesBrothers fans out there? It's 296 miles to Chicago. We've got a full tank of gas, half a pack of gum (🚭). It's dark and we're wearing sunglasses. Hit it. See you soon Chicago! Bring Your Kids to Work Day was a blast! 🎬 Kaleidoscope loves to inspire the next generation of inventors, designers, and world-changers. From intros and brainstorming to prototyping, AR/VR fun, 3D printing, and even conducting surgery, the kids got to see what their parents and colleagues do all day. Plus, there was pizza and cookies! Check out our TikTok for more highlights: https://lnkd.in/gpAdwvrH

Emojis say a lot without saying a word. Thats why we spent #WorldEmojiDay asking our departments to reenact their favorite ones! How’d the team do? 🤓
