Jennelle Bratcher is a dedicated and goal-oriented Senior Leader with two decades of expertise in federal government health and human services. With extensive experience leading high-impact multimillion-dollar national government policy, administration, and healthcare projects, she brings invaluable insight to JOS Group. Jennelle's knowledge spans Medicare and Medicaid regulatory oversight, program development and management, project leadership, and administrative operations. She takes pride in her analytical thinking and strategic planning abilities, consistently crafting and executing programs from the ground up to increase efficiencies, mitigate risks, and ensure regulatory compliance.
Known for her passionate advocacy and community outreach skills, Jennelle serves as a primary contact for government and healthcare officials, leveraging her expertise to improve public health and social justice initiatives. She is committed to empowering her teams, fostering a culture of collaboration, support, and mutual respect to inspire members to excel both personally and professionally. With a wealth of experience in business operations, administration, policy, and management, including roles as Program Director, Deputy Office Director, Section Chief and Senior Policy Analyst for the SSA, CMS, and DOL, Jennelle brings a unique perspective to her work.
Jennelle holds a Master of Public Health (MPH) and a Bachelor of Science degree in Community Health Education. She has managed high-profile projects where she demonstrated exceptional leadership and financial acumen. Her achievements have earned her notable federal government awards, including the SSA Commissioner Achievement Award for integrating third-party data into a national claims process to detect unreported assets, and an SSA Associate Commissioner Citation for her significant contributions to reducing backlogs and improving agency processes.
In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her husband and son traveling the world and gaining new cultural experiences. She also enjoys watching her favorite football team win (the Baltimore Ravens).
