Jon has been an integral part of Impact for 18 years and his contributions have been invaluable to our success and growth. Jon has been the quiet force behind so much of our success, with his humble approach, he has managed our finances with a steady hand, making sure to safeguard our organization at every turn. His dedication, strategic vision, and financial acumen have been instrumental in steering our organization through various challenges and opportunities. More than just a CFO, Jon has been a mentor to many of us and is a key part of the Impact family. While we will miss his day to day presence, Jon has agreed to step into a financial advisory role on Impact’s Board where he can continue to provide insight and leadership to the company.
