We have big news to share: Hussey Seating Company has entered into an agreement to purchase select assets from Camatic Seating, an Australian-based competitor known for its high-quality chairs. This strategic move fills a key gap in our current product line, allowing us to make rail mounted exterior beam seating, considered to be the de facto standard in new outdoor stadiums. Additionally, this expansion means a wider variety of seating options for the arenas, auditoriums, universities, and places of worship we partner with, solidifying our position as the global market leader in spectator seating. The transition of Camatic’s assets into our manufacturing operations will take time and we will provide regular updates throughout this process, but we look forward to combining the high level of quality that Camatic has come to be known for with the power of Hussey’s global infrastructure. We had the pleasure of completing a double bank installation of MAXAM telescopic bleachers by Hussey Seating Company. The coolest part of this project is the stunning two-story look of these bleachers, creating an impressive and dynamic gym environment. WNBA All-Star is always a treat, but even more so when the event includes the US Women's Olympic team, as it does this year. It should come as no surprise that every single Hussey Seating Company Quattro seat at Footprint Center is sold out for Saturday's All-Star game. Appalachian Wireless Arena had a conundrum: select chairs throughout their arena were no longer usable, their attic stock of replacement chairs and parts had been depleted, and yet they didn't have the budget to re-seat the entire arena. The venue approached their seat manufacturer, Hussey Seating Company, with their situation and asked what could be done since the original chairs had been discontinued. We came up with a solution that checked all their boxes: seat harvesting.
