That’s a wrap on ICSC New England! A wonderful time being on the Program Planning Committee again this year. I really felt like we put together a quality program of incredible speakers, diverse sessions, and fun events. MVP was our Keynote, Boston Celtics coach Joe Mazzulla! Joe talked a lot about alignment, building your philosophy around your employees, not to take yourself too seriously, tell the truth, and have perspective.
