This week at our 2024 Leadership Conference, leaders from Goodwill of Central and Northern Arizona and Goodwill Industries of Monocacy Valley participated in engaging workshops and fun games centered around the theme of “Winning Together!” Not only did our leaders learn and grow together, they also celebrated the incredible accomplishments and milestones reached by their teammates. Additionally, we recognized the profound community impact of our mission services and sustainability initiatives. It was wonderful to witness our leaders uplift each other and the work we do to uphold our values and achieve our vision of ending poverty through the power of work. Thank you to our Goodwill leadership for fostering a culture of excellence; to our incredible workshop facilitators; and to the different departments across Goodwill that worked in tandem to make this event an absolute success! Also, a special thank you to keynote speaker Briana Scurry (Hall of Fame U.S. Goalkeeper, Two-time Olympic Gold Medalist, World Cup Champion, and Bestselling Author) for sharing her captivating and inspirational story about her path to success.
