Jorge’s journey with computers started at the age of 10, leading him to graduate as both a Systems Technician and a Systems Engineer 🎓. His career has taken him through various roles in small and large companies, involving direct client communication and hands-on technical work in data centers. Along the way, Jorge has configured both on-premises and cloud solutions; made crucial site-to-site connections; and tackled a wide array of tech challenges. 🌐 👨💻 With over eight years of experience as a #DevOps Engineer, Jorge now specializes in deploying and managing #infrastructureascode in the #Azure #Cloud. His expertise is crucial for our clients, as he excels in resolving complex issues and streamlining #cloudmigrations. He is passionate about safeguarding digital systems and data while ensuring equitable and responsive support for both our employees and clients. Ray’s role involves not just troubleshooting and resolving technical issues, but also enhancing overall user satisfaction and ensuring smooth operations across the board. ⚙️💻   Ray’s unique path—from studying music technology 🎵 to diving into computer science, and transitioning from the airline industry to IT roles at The Montana Racial Equity Project—adds a distinctive perspective to his approach. His journey began with a fascination for how the Internet works, driving him to study computer networking. 💻⚙️  🧑💻 With over 15 years of experience in #Azure, #Microsoft365, and #networking, Tarek is a key asset to our #cloudsolutions team. His meticulous approach ensures that every technology layer—from everyday tools to advanced diagnostics—is aligned with the highest standards. Tarek plays a crucial role in delivering top-notch solutions for our clients, advocating for standardization through Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and maintaining comprehensive documentation. His adept management of network solutions and seamless migrations to Microsoft 365 ensure our clients' transitions are secure, efficient, and forward-thinking. Team Spirit in Action! 🤜🤛 🔥It’s heating up here in the DMV, and so is the Cloudforce competitive spirit. June's team outing marked the first official Cloudforce Field Day, and it was epic! 🏟    We gathered at a nearby fieldhouse and broke out into teams for intense field day festivities. There were physical and mental challenges, bringing out the fierce competitors in all of us. 💪🧠   While the competition was strong, the teamwork was even stronger. We cheered each other on, strategized together, and celebrated every victory, big or small. 🙌 Huge thanks to our Engagement Specialist, Christina Kelly, for planning an unforgettable day filled with glee, camaraderie, and epic memories!
