    EVENT I 60th Anniversary Celebration in Mexico The distributors in Mexico, Grupo Albada, have celebrated six decades alongside Germaine de Capuccini since 1989. To commemorate this milestone, a week-long national seminar was organized in Oaxaca, Mexico, bringing together more than 150 clients from across the country. During the event, Ana Pons Talens, General Director of GdC Beauty Group, delivered a presentation sharing the group’s strategy. Patricia Ricarte, Head of Education and Development, successfully presented the latest innovations from Expert Lab. @Angelina Ballester, International Area Manager, took the audience through the history of the group’s internationalization, while Judith Calzada Duaigües, Head of Business Development, provided an inspiring talk on women’s empowerment. Additionally, #GrupoAlbada took the opportunity to introduce the latest from #AinhoaCosmetics, with Cristina Sanjuán, Marketing Brand Manager, completing the group’s comprehensive vision.     RSC I Encounters For Diversity Today, employees of Germaine de Capuccini had the opportunity to immerse themselves in a unique day of learning and awareness. In collaboration with Fundación Adecco, dedicated to the labor inclusion of people with disabilities, they were able to learn about the inspiring story of #MaríaPetit, who faced a serious accident at the age of 17, losing her sight and sense of smell, but with courage and determination, became a clear example of overcoming adversity. Attendees participated in a sensitivity workshop designed to challenge ingrained stereotypes and biases about people with disabilities, offering them a transformative and enriching perspective. María Petit reminds us that true disability does not lie in physical limitations but in social barriers. Her story inspires us to question our perceptions and to work together to build a more inclusive and accessible world for everyone. En colaboración con la Fundación Adecco, dedicada a la inclusión laboral de personas con discapacidad, han podido conocer la inspiradora historia de #MaríaPetit, quien se enfrentó a un grave accidente a los 17 años, perdiendo la vista y el olfato, pero con valentía y determinación, se convirtió en un claro ejemplo de superación. Los asistentes participaron en un taller de sensibilización diseñado para desafiar estereotipos y sesgos arraigados sobre las personas con discapacidad, ofreciéndoles una perspectiva transformadora y enriquecedora. María Petit nos recuerda que la verdadera discapacidad no radica en las limitaciones físicas, sino en las barreras sociales. Su historia nos inspira a cuestionar nuestras percepciones y a trabajar juntos para construir un mundo más inclusivo y accesible para todos.
