And now a word from our CEO ...
Yesterday, we announced Ford Credit second quarter earnings as part of Ford Motor Company’s earnings announcement. We also noted that we are on track for our full year guidance. When a team works as hard as ours does and many of your teams do, it’s important to take a moment now and then to celebrate progress. Our Ford Credit team is continuing to find new ways to grow our business, strengthen our dealer relationships, meet challenging business conditions, and care for our customers. I am grateful for all the hard work so far this year. We still have lots to do, and I know this team is up to the task. Let’s go! #Teamwork #WeAreFord https://lnkd.in/g2dv6fPA
It’s National Intern Day and we’re celebrating the interns who have added so much to our team this summer. We enjoyed having you and sharing why we are #FordProud. Best wishes for the road ahead! #WeAreFord
Employees in the Edmonton, Alberta, Canada, area want to be sure all children have a strong start when the new school year begins in a few weeks. They used company-paid volunteer hours to support the United Way of the Alberta Capital Region Tools for School program, which provides backpacks filled with school supplies to thousands of local children. #WeAreFord #Volunteer

Remote work is great and it’s fun getting together in person, too! Our Irving, Texas, team members usually work from home but recently connected in real life. They had a full schedule with team meetings, a delicious meal, a town hall, catching up and enjoying each other's company. You can practically feel the energy in these photos. Whether remote or in person, we 💙 the human connection. #Remote #WeAreFord #Teamwork
Curious about EVs? Here's Ford Motor Company CEO Jim Farley on why he loves EVs. #WeAreFord
Recently, at the Aspen Ideas Festival, I spoke with CNBC’s Julia Boorstin and explained why I wrote my op-ed about falling in love with electric vehicles. Everyone that knows me, knows I’ve spent my whole life loving cars, building them, racing them and am in a lot of ways an old-school car guy. As I explain in the article, I was surprised when I fell in love with EVs and it wasn’t because of politics or the environmental benefits. It was because I love to drive and the driving experience of my electric F-150 Lightning is wonderful. And as CEO of Ford Motor Company, I see how EVs can improve the lives of our customers and this transition is important for our company and employees. As I mention in my op-ed and in this video, I think it’s important we start talking more about the actual human experience of driving EVs, instead of the politics. If you haven’t read the op-ed yet, you can read the full piece here: https://bit.ly/3Y2jrNn. Thanks to everyone that has responded so far and shared their own experience. #ElectricVehicles #FordMotorCompany #AspenIdeas

Global CMO/CX Ford Pro - Commercial Division at Ford Motor Company | Samsung | ESPN/Disney | Walmart | Board Member
I love a family business story! 💚 So inspiring to see Clayton Nicholson building the legacy of Dinsmore Landscape Company, now in its third generation. With so much growth, it’s clear they’re doing great things in their community. But, like any small business, they’ve had their own challenges. In this case, the logistical side of #fleetmanagement, which can inevitably get more complex as the business grows. Glad they discovered the benefits of Ford Pro. They’re using our FinSimple Commercial Line of Credit to make adding vehicles to their fleet easy, along with Ford Pro Telematics and Fleet Management Software to keep an eye on driver habits, vehicle maintenance history, and scheduling service. All together, our solutions are saving them valuable time and resources. If you’ve got a growing fleet, check out their story. ford.to/3W7usvm #SmallBusiness #Community #FordPro
