In the near future, In-Space Transportation Vehicles (ISTVs) will increasingly need greater on-board and shared intelligence as the roll-out of a space transportation ecosystem occurs. FIRST!, an initiative of the European Space Agency - ESA STS Future Launchers Preparatory Programme (FLPP), launched a call for ideas that will serve as a first identification of technology disruptors, interests and motivations.
