    It's natural to want to use "we" phrasing when addressing your buyer in conversation or in written sales or marketing materials. As in, "we can do this together," "see how we can hit your goal," or "we all feel this way." The impulse is to show your buyer they're not alone. But evidence suggests that "you-phrasing" works much better to get your buyer to take action.
