As an Expert-Level GIS Analyst, you'll contribute to the HPMS-LRS Modernization project, leading GIS analysis and working closely with project managers and stakeholders. 📈 Role & Responsibilities: Lead GIS analysis for the HPMS-LRS Modernization project. Elicit and document business requirements using techniques like process mapping and workflow modeling. Create customized map-centered interfaces, web services, data processing procedures, and quality control routines. Design system interfaces and write programs using GIS development tools. Deliver comprehensive functional and technical design documentation. 📚 Qualifications: 8+ years of expert-level GIS Analyst experience. University education in GIS, surveying, engineering, or related fields. Experience with process mapping, workflow modeling, and data modeling. 5+ years with ESRI-based GIS technologies. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Visio. Excellent communication skills. 💼 Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor's degree or higher in GIS or related field.
