Dietz Communications was founded for the purpose of providing a customized, single source solution using the latest in telecom management technology. At times as a single source solution provider, our services are fulfilled by alliances with specialty consultants, master agents and telecom representatives. At those times when we need to engage an alliance, we are fully transparent; our clients are informed upfront of our intent before we engage an alliance partner’s service. An example of this would be an engagement in which our client requested that we become involved in a project management role to identify research and report on the best in class telecom expense management software available for Enterprise asset and billing management. After presenting the findings report, the list was then narrowed down to a short list and we arranged for a web presentation from each TEM software provider so that the technical abilities and user functionality could be demonstrated. After the client decided upon a TEM Software that fulfilled all of their requirements, we entered into an alliance with the TEM provider and our clients’ service fee was waived because the TEM software provider's agent agreement provided for a fee to be paid to us, by them, for a sale. All telecom auditing services are performed in house and our clients appreciate the effort we make to clearly communicate where the billing errors were detected, what steps we can take to correct them and if the forensic evidence exists, how long the billing error has been active. Over the past 12 years we have detected thousands of billing errors which have resulted in our clients reducing their telecom expense, while at the same time obtaining refunds for errors found in their phone bills. The majority of our clients elect that we base our fees on a contingency basis so that our fees are due only when an invoice is received that reflects a reduction to the pre-established baseline for that telecom invoice.
