🌟 Exciting News from Nice, France! 🌟 I am thrilled to share that our paper, “Using Multi-Modal Physiological Markers and Latent States to Understand Team Performance and Collaboration,” co-authored by Catherine Neubauer, Stephen Gordon, Kevin King, and myself, has won the Best Paper Award at the Applied Human Factors and Ergonomics Conference 2024! 🎉 Our research, part of the STRONG (Strengthening Teams in Robust Operations in Novel Groups) project, explores the use of physiological synchrony as performance predictors within team dynamics. By analyzing facial expressions and other physiological markers within a DCS-developed virtual environment, we've uncovered new insights into team performance and collaboration. This recognition is a testament to the hard work and dedication of our amazing team at DCS Corp and U.S. Army DEVCOM Army Research Laboratory. A huge thank you to everyone who has supported us on this journey! Looking forward to continuing our work and furthering our understanding of human factors and ergonomics. #HumanFactors #Ergonomics #TeamPerformance #Collaboration #STRONGProject #DCSCorp #AHFE2024
