  "I can now wash clothes & fetch water without borrowing from neighbors. It's a small but significant improvement"  Asabe Musa, a displaced woman in Gwoza, Nigeria, received essential hygiene kits from us thanks to USAID - Bureau for Humanitarian Assistance and in partnership with International Medical Corps.   Gwoza LGA, located in Borno State in Northeast Nigeria, has faced severe challenges from ongoing conflict, leading to large-scale displacement. Since 2017, Asabe, her husband, and their nine children have lived as displaced persons in Gwoza town. The displacement led to the loss of essential items for daily life, leaving Asabe and her family without basic supplies. With funding from USAID’s Bureau of Humanitarian Assistance and in partnership with the International Medical Corps, we have been addressing these urgent needs of displaced individuals like Asabe and her family in Gwoza.
