He grew up listening to stories about patient care around the dinner table. He's carrying on the family business, so to speak.

Technology touches so many facets of our lives and the ways we work. CrowdPharm's EVP, Senior Leadership Advisor Steve Bernstein has been tracking the breadth and volume of data that feeds the growth of Artificial Intelligence (AI). Understanding the many minefields in healthcare marketing given the data privacy and security that needs to exist, Steve is watching how AI will be used to reconcile with privacy laws.

Ed Decker finds volunteering at the Saratoga County Animal Shelter on the weekends to be a therapeutic and grounding experience that fosters compassion, responsibility, and a deeper connection to the world. "Volunteering at the shelter has many benefits that transcend into my career and personal life. Interacting with the animals helps reduce stress levels. It also gives me a sense of purpose by contributing positively to the welfare of animals which increases my happiness. Through the different perspectives and challenges these animals face, I am reminded of the broader needs of others. Caring for them requires me to be present in the moment, focusing on their needs."
