  • Does your ABA company create content and run ads on platforms beyond Google? People searching Google represent a small, competitive piece of the market, since people searching Google typically have higher intent to purchase. Google knows it, so it raises minimum bids, and your competitors know it, so they're all bidding and creating content on the same terms. It gets messy, fast. But a sizable percentage of your potential clients and staff aren't browsing Google.... Instead, they're on social media--from Meta, Reddit, to forums on websites. Many ABA companies leave countless leads, clients, and new hires on the table by not creating content and ads on other digital platforms beyond Google. The channels you should use--and content you should create for ads or organic posts--really depend on your goals and your target audience. For example, content-driven ads on Meta work well to attract more clients (parents of clients), and posting helpful organic content in Facebook ASD support groups work very well for getting in front of more parents. Creating organic content and running ads on Facebook/Instagram works well for attracting and vetting (Registered) Behavior Therapists, and LinkedIn organic content (and prospecting) works well for connecting with new BCBAs. These channels will revolutionize your ABA company's marketing by delivering tailored offers and information to each type of customer. Are these channels part of your strategy? Drop a comment and let me know!

  • CRM sounds complicated. It can be. But it doesn't need to be. It's a piece of software for managing 'relationships' with existing customers, as well as tracking sales efforts. For ABA, A good CRM system helps organize, track, and nurture their leads efficiently. It can also help with systematizing intake... Without a CRM, valuable leads can slip through the cracks, costing you potential clients. Implementing a CRM ensures consistent follow-ups and better client relationships. #ABAMarketing #CRM #ClientManagement

  • Tracking leads is crucial, but working leads is even more important. ABA companies often get 200-300+ lead form submissions a month, and many get lost without proper follow-up. You're leaving money on the table if you don't follow up effectively.... Instead, use automated follow-ups or ensure your team diligently follows up. The fortune is truly in the follow-up, especially in ABA marketing. #ABAMarketing #LeadGeneration #FollowUp

  • "The bid strategy is in learning mode; you'll see results when it's out of learning mode."" This statement has some validity, but is often used to cover up poor ad account setup. 14-day learning periods are legitimate for Meta Ads and Google Ads to gather data..But well-set-up ad accounts for ABA companies usually drive results within the first couple of weeks, especially in ABA. If you don't see results quickly, it’s likely due to issues with keyword targeting, bidding strategies, not setting bids/budgets appropriately, or audience settings. We can diagnose these issues with a short, free audit. Interested? Message me to learn more. #seo #ads"

  • "Which marketing channel will actually help my ABA company grow? SEO, Google Ads, Meta Ads? It seems every agency just wants to sell me something." We hear this a lot. Here are 3 factors to consider to choose a channel that will help you grow your ABA company: 1. Business Goals: Want more clients? Meta Ads and Google Ads quickly reach parents. Hiring more staff? Consider employment ads on a host of channels; there's one that's way more effective than others :) 2. Budgets and Constraints: Meta Ads and Google Ads can yield quick returns but need a sufficient budget to be effective. Google Ads usually require higher budget than Meta Ads to drive results, since the cost per click and competition remain higher, since searchers are more likely to convert. 3. Time Horizon: Google Ads drive faster results (4-6 weeks) than SEO (4-6 months). Paid social can also take time for lead processing. The best strategy for your business will be subjective. But it will likely combines SEO, Meta Ads, and Google Ads for growth over the short, medium, and long-term. Questions? Comment below or email josh@thecmg.co :) #SEO #PPC #ABAmarketing #marketing

  • ABA business owners: Does this sound familiar? - There's just so much going on.... - We need more staff! But it's so time consuming to find and vet people... - We need more clients! But internet marketing is expensive. Our last internet marketing guy fell flat... - We're just so overwhelmed, and we're missing documentation from new clients! So, what do you do? You can hire someone to mitigate some of these issues....but then you have to manage them... Here's a solution: Consider using a CRM (customer relationship management software). You'll have to manage this, too, but it will help you automate repeatable tasks, stay organized, and centralize disparate data. There are so many to choose from. But the most important piece is to identify what you need help with and designing the workflows to fit your needs. We've helped several ABA (and other health care) firms implement CRMs to save hours of busywork each week, improve ROI from marketing, and improve client fulfillment. So we know this works. Message me if you want to discuss how CRMs can work for you! #aba #abamarketing #crms #seo #healthcare

  • Blasting out AI-generated content doesn't drive leads and enrollments for ABA companies. Especially new ones. AI can be effective, and maybe even help an established site rank for additional keywords....... But it won't be effective the way most people use it. Why? Because Google ranks articles that have helpful, authentic content that speaks to your audience's needs. Sometimes AI can help with that. But it requires work. A lot of work. And time, since good quality over a longer time horizon renders a site more authoritative. Most importantly, AI often produces highly formal, canned content unless one markedly tweaks and edits the content. Google rightly penalizes people for blasting out generic, AI-written articles. And people--who actually read the content--do, too, by voting with their clicks; they'll click away form the article if it looks inaccurate or like it's designed solely to rank. People can tell if an article is written solely by a machine, especially parents looking for ways to help their child with ASD...... The solution isn't to swear off AI. Instead, it's to use it as part of a well-thought out strategy to create helpful content for parents looking for information about ASD and for solutions. You can leverage AI to markedly increase content quality and output. And we do that; you likely should, too. But we also have a team of 4+ dedicated to writing and editing articles that actually rank. For real. Rant over. #abatherapy #abamarketing #seo #aba

Should you advertise your ABA practice on weekends? Yes! (or at least test it) Here's why: Parents still actively search for ABA support even on weekends. Here are a few additional reasons why you should consider advertising over the weekend: 🌟 Engaged Parents: Parents often use weekends to dig into finding solutions. Catch them at their most attentive. 📊 Data-Driven Results: Our data shows strong weekend engagement. We optimize ads based on real-time performance, and weekends can provide profitable opportunities for our clients over time. Moreover, the algorithm on Meta and Google Ads will scale down spend should demand decrease over the weekend. Also, you can always lower ad spend on the weekend if you notice that ads perform poorly. But you're leaving money on the table if you don't test running ads on the weekend 💡 Maximize Reach: Weekend ads also keep you top-of mind for parents for when they are ready to connect. Also, turning off ads on the weekend means you're missing out on additional exposure, attention--and potential leads and sales.....Moreover, turning ads off can impede the algorithm's ability to learn about your audience, hindering performance Don’t just take our word for it.
