We might be right for you if you … Have at least 5-8 years overall IT Recruiting Experience for the following positions in an Agency / Staffing Firm Environment: Software Developers, Systems Administrators, Network Engineers, Database Administrators, A/V Technicians etc... Ideally with at least 1-2 yrs of experience working in small to mid-sized Staffing Agency. Know how to successfully conduct searches, identify, and qualify candidates using traditional and creative sourcing methods. (i.e., LinkedIn Recruiter, Networking, Referrals, Internal/Online Database searches, User/Technical Groups, etc.) Can determine candidate suitability and assess relevant experience by evaluating employment history and background, education, skills, and personal qualifications to negotiate effective compensation package, etc. Enjoy keeping current with general trends in technology as well as those specific to our clients’ needs. Enjoy interacting with people while taking on new challenges and responsibility for your own actions.
