  • ELEVATING STUDENT VOICES: School leaders are preparing for a new school year and listening to student voices is part of that process. The voices of current students and recent graduates help leaders in D2 to understand the student experience as they shape priorities and goals for our schools in the future. #WeAreD2

Talent Leader @ Baxter Auto | Hiring now for Automotive Careers in Colorado

Just wrapped up an incredible morning, hosting 5 bright students and Ashley Sportel, Career-Connected Learning Coordinator with Harrison School District 2! 🚗🔧 These summer Teaching & Learning interns are passionate about promoting work-based learning, and it was a joy introducing them to the dynamic world of the auto industry at Toyota of Colorado Springs. From exploring every department to checking out the latest Toyota Tundra, we delved into industry terms, the rich history of Toyota Motor Corporation, and the intricate workings of a dealership. We also discussed diverse career paths, igniting curiosity and excitement for their future possibilities. And of course, everyone left with a fun goodie bag filled with career info, snacks, and my card – because mentorship is ongoing, and I’m here to support this next generation every step of the way. 🌟 This is hands-down the best part of my job – investing in our future leaders and having a blast doing it! #CareerConnectedLearning #BaxterAuto #ToyotaOfColoradoSprings #Mentorship #FutureLeaders #WorkBasedLearning
