About us

CharTec was created because of the need to teach Managed Service Providers how to become successful by learning the business side of IT management. We teach MSPs the latest techniques in Sales, Marketing, Operations, Finance, and HR based on lessons we've learned from running our own MSP, ARRC Technology. We also go through a rigorous process of finding, testing, and vetting the Software and Hardware we use and recommend. The bottom line is, we have solutions and processes available that will help your MSP grow -- and grow quickly. With the largest MSP Training Facility in North America, we hold quarterly training events called CharTec’s Academy, where we teach every aspect of operating MSPs. As a CharTec Member, attending these events at no extra cost is a great opportunity to learn and network with other MSP owners. We’re known for our MSP Sales Training, so if you’re not closing deals sign up for our Sales Training Lab. If you need help Marketing your MSP, we also offer a Premium Marketing Membership. And our online training resource, C.O.R.E., gives you access to all aspects of Managed IT Service training as well as the material you need to run and grow your business.
