We at Core Development and Management would like to give a huge shout out to Sophie Peromsik, the PE@PF trainer in our Sturbridge, MA club!  Sophie did an outstanding segment on local WFXT Boston 25 News sharing the details of the Planet Fitness High School Summer Pass Program. Not only did she share details of this vital program, but she also gave great advice as to how we can all stay in shape this summer.  She even got anchorman Ray Villeda doing squats, lunges, and pushups on air! Thank you, Sophie, for being an excellent example of how our associates at Core share their passion for fitness and making it accessible to all.
