It feels great to finally be settled into our new Sacramento headquarters! We wanted to share some photos from the move, including some finds from our department’s time capsule from our old office. We've had a blast connecting with our colleagues and looking through photos and mementos from over the years. We can't wait to make new memories at the May Lee State Office Complex.

If you’re being harassed at work because of your race, it's your job’s obligation to put a stop to it! We just helped a worker reach a $90k settlement with her employer, who she says downplayed concerns that coworkers were making racist comments towards her. Instead, management allegedly changed her schedule without making sure the harassment stopped. In California, employers are legally required to make every effort to stop harassment and discrimination they're made aware of. Our dispute resolution team was able to help the employee reach an agreement with her work, which includes training management, so discrimination doesn’t happen again! If you’re being discriminated against at work, CRD may be able to help without having to go to court! Click below to learn more about this case and how to file a complaint ⬇️ https://lnkd.in/eTzCD_Ud
