  • If you’re being harassed at work because of your race, it's your job’s obligation to put a stop to it!  We just helped a worker reach a $90k settlement with her employer, who she says downplayed concerns that coworkers were making racist comments towards her. Instead, management allegedly changed her schedule without making sure the harassment stopped.  In California, employers are legally required to make every effort to stop harassment and discrimination they're made aware of. Our dispute resolution team was able to help the employee reach an agreement with her work, which includes training management, so discrimination doesn’t happen again!   If you’re being discriminated against at work, CRD may be able to help without having to go to court!
