As a year-end celebration, we had the opportunity to take our teens on a few field trips, including one to Six Flags Great America and one to the Wisconsin Dells. Even though the weather didn't cooperate, the teens had such an amazing time at both places. We are so grateful to be able to offer these memories to our youth!

The Boys & Girls Club of Kenosha staff was excited to attend the Hope Council on Alcohol & Other Drug Abuse Annual Meeting last month! We were so inspired to hear former Green Bay Packer Alex Green talk about his story. We are proud to be a part of the Kenosha community and honored to be able to support our community partners! Thank you Hope Council for a great celebration!

ARTS MEMBER OF THE MONTH With the support of the Natalie Lee and Shirley Madrigrano Arts Foundation, the Club will be highlighting some of our amazing youth artists from our Teen Center on a monthly basis. We work hard to provide our Teens with opportunities every day to participate in arts programs including dance, music, painting, crafts and digital arts. These are opportunities that our members may otherwise not have access to and through our arts programs, members are able to use their creativity to create great works of art. For the month of July, we are highlighting Talib. Talib is a junior at Harborside Academy High School. Learn more about Talib on our website at https://buff.ly/3QjW268. Show your support by liking, commenting, and sharing this post.

Our teens had the opportunity to do some team building at Boundless Adventures and had such a great time. We are so honored to be able to offer these kinds of opportunities to our youth!

At the end of June, our youth and teens had a chance to take a charter fishing excursion out on Lake Michigan. They had so much fun and were so proud of themselves for catching fish. Thank you so much for giving us this opportunity for our youth! Check out all of the pictures of our fun at https://buff.ly/3XDE6qQ.
