About us
Our 2,500 square foot facility is located in Nashville, TN. At BRC you'll find state-of-the-art boxing equipment, functional training equipment, and expert coaches. We offer boxing lessons, personal training, sparring sessions, events, and ongoing programs, including youth (after-school) program, college boxing, master's boxing, Olympic Hopefuls novice and elite boxing, fitness and fundamentals classes. Boxing Resource Center is a non-profit organization dedicated to fostering fitness, academic and leadership skills among youth and young adults through teaching the art and science of Olympic-style (amateur) boxing.
