A company founded by a college dropout is now part of a law class's curriculum! I had the exciting opportunity to speak with Professor Debbie Hoffman about Bequest Finance for her upcoming law class on crypto and blockchain. We discussed how Bequest works in tandem with existing federal and state laws to ensure digital succession + protection plans can trigger properly. Bequest stands out in it's ease-of-use, compliance, and security -- all features we went over to demonstrate how the digital world can safely integrate with existing institutions. Educating attorneys on digital asset succession is important, but simplifying the planning and administration processes is ultimately what's needed to make digital planning more commonplace.
