And it's not just about remote work. Featured in Fortune, our research, led by Natalie Lupiani in partnership with TheLi.st and Berlin Cameron, highlights how a lack of genuine connection and support in the workplace is fueling this epidemic, leading to decreased job satisfaction and impacting performance. The study also uncovers a concerning truth: workers of color are significantly less likely to feel supported and able to bring their true selves to work, highlighting the urgent need for more inclusive work environments. The good news? There are solutions! 💪 The article emphasizes the crucial role employers play in fostering connection and belonging. 𝐑𝐞𝐚𝐝 𝐦𝐨𝐫𝐞 𝐡𝐞𝐫𝐞: https://lnkd.in/gv8E9-Rq Let's discuss! 𝐁𝐢𝐝𝐞𝐧'𝐬 𝐃𝐞𝐛𝐚𝐭𝐞 𝐃𝐞𝐛𝐚𝐜𝐥𝐞: 𝐕𝐨𝐭𝐞𝐫𝐬' 𝐩𝐞𝐫𝐜𝐞𝐩𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬 𝐨𝐟 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐩𝐫𝐞𝐬𝐢𝐝𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐢𝐚𝐥 𝐫𝐚𝐜𝐞 𝐚𝐫𝐞 𝐡𝐚𝐫𝐝𝐞𝐧𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐚𝐬 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐧𝐚𝐫𝐫𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐯𝐞 𝐬𝐞𝐭𝐬 𝐢𝐧. Our research, conducted by Managing Director Mike Kulisheck, shows that the recent presidential debate and its subsequent media coverage have significantly influenced voter sentiment, potentially swaying them towards Trump. Here's the breakdown: ▪ A staggering 75% of voters are hearing that Trump won the debate, regardless of their news source. This widespread perception of a Trump victory is crucial, as it shapes the overall narrative surrounding the candidates. ▪ Even more concerning for the Biden campaign, 40% of voters say the debate made them less likely to vote for Biden. This indicates a potential shift in voter preference fueled by the debate's aftermath. This data underscores the powerful impact debates and media coverage can have on voter perception, ultimately influencing their choices come election day. BSG will continue to track voter sentiment as we approach the November election. Stay tuned for further insights on the race. Read the full exclusive on Salon.com https://lnkd.in/g_NsVvmB
