Before joining BCV, Noah Breslow was an engineer and repeat entrepreneur who led companies through two acquisitions and an IPO. There’s been a huge surge in funding, especially during the low-interest rates and the venture capital boom around 2021 and early 2022. New players need to critically evaluate their unique value proposition and make sure their solutions are significantly better than what’s already out there.”

Last Saturday, we celebrated summer with our BCV BBQ at the Presidio in SF. We had lawn games galore plus face painting, a mechanical bull, and some friendly competition like a watermelon-eating contest and wiffle ball home run derby. Congratulations to three incredible entrepreneurs: Sushanth Raman, Andrew Spencer, and Brian S. Raymond, on their very well deserved induction into the Future 50 List put together by Mario Gabriele. Sushanth is someone I've known for almost a decade. He and Andrew have executed relentlessly in building Pallet, setting ambitious targets and surpassing them every time. They and the Pallet team are bringing modern AI to a complex and fragmented logistics industry, and they've been able to hire the very best to build towards their mission. As described in the Future 50: "Startups operating in unsexy spaces occasionally struggle to attract talent. Pallet seems to have no such problem. The company highlighted its talent density, noting that it had successfully recruited employees from companies like Ramp, Watershed, Scale, Figma, and Rippling.
