🌱Asbury's Larry H. Miller Subaru Boise team members recently came together to create the Green Thumb Club. The club's main goal – maintain and tend to Boise Subaru's urban garden. The revamp started in early May with lots of hard work turning soil, pulling weeds, and replenishing the recycled tire planters with fresh planting soil, fertilizer, and coffee grounds, which contain nutrients that plants need to grow. This group of team members prepped, primed, painted, and planted an array of fruits, vegetables, and flowers, and the community garden is open to all for harvesting. The team often harvests and shares fresh grown produce with guests and other team members. Shoutout to the Green Thumb Club for contributing to a fun and friendly culture and environment for both team members and guests!

🐱Last month Park Place Dealerships Motorcars Fort Worth members rescued a scared little kitten from a surprising spot. When a guest heard a meow coming from a car, nearby technicians went to assess and found a kitten under the belly pan. Unharmed and in good spirits, the kitten found a new home with one of our Motorcars Technicians. Special thanks to these technicians for working together to save the day! Asbury's Technical Institute is an internal technician development program, designed to enhance technicians and develop those early in their career to serve as technicians across Asbury. It is a two-tiered approach to technician training that provides us the opportunity to increase technician headcount, address skill gaps, and process standardization more expeditiously. Our goal is to alleviate the challenges of retiring technicians, growth in vehicle ownership, and the longevity of vehicle ownership by investing in education, support, and tools for our technicians. Congratulations to the Express and Intermediate cohort graduates pictured! #AutomotiveIndustry #Education

On Friday, June 21, the Plaza Infiniti service operations team participated in an enriching team-building and support event at Chicken N Pickle. Despite the ongoing CDK outage and the challenges it has posed, the team came together for three hours of camaraderie, enjoying catered food and drinks. This event was more than just a break from our daily routines; it was a testament to our resilience and unity. Nearly the entire department attended, underscoring the importance and value we place on teamwork and mutual support. The positive energy and collaboration experienced during this event were truly inspiring, reinforcing our commitment to each other and our goals. Such moments of connection are vital, especially during challenging times. They remind us of our shared mission and the strength we derive from working together. The event not only boosted morale but also deepened our bonds, ensuring we remain a cohesive and motivated team. I so appreciate all of these dedicated members! #TeamBuilding #PlazaInfiniti #ServiceOperations #TeamSpirit #Resilience #Unity #AsburyAutomotive #FixedOperations #Technicians #LeadTheWay #AutomotiveExcellence #PlazaPerformance #StLouis #LuxuryLeaders

Last week, we celebrated our Crown Automotive Group's MVP Volunteers with a round of golf at the Virginia Home for Boys and Girls Golf Classic! Such a fun way for us to support our team members and our community partners! Congrats to Jarratt Day, Josh Alford, James Gardner, and Andrew Thrift for not only being dedicated to our Asbury Cares volunteer program, but for their hard work in supporting the communities we serve.
