Ariela & Associates International (formerly known as Ariela-Alpha International) is a privately-held global manufacturer of branded and private label apparel. Over the past 25 years, we have become leaders in creating fashionable products and providing excellent customer service to both our wholesale clients and retail consumers. The foundation of our success is rooted in design. Our commitment to color and print is evident in our fashion driven collections. From beautiful fabrics and trims to solution-driven silhouettes and unique styling, our designers are heavily influenced by the global marketplace and take inspirations from all product categories. The team-based approach taken to manage our accounts has awarded us some of the highest honors retailers bestow. Our customer service level has been recognized as outstanding and is proven by the importance we place on honesty and "doing the right thing." This level of service extends through to the rest of the supply chain. Working in partnership with manufacturers throughout the world, we are able to achieve our design goals through intense supply chain management. Since 2012, we have teamed up with Alliance of Career Development Nonprofits - ACDN to host events across the country during Women’s History Month — to help women gain the confidence and skills they need for employment. ACDN is a network of grassroots organizations that serves women who seek to join or re-enter the workforce and they believe anyone who wants a job, should have the means to do so. Smart & Sexy Day is held annually on March 13th to help amplify that. We organized an in-office event for our employees, featuring our esteemed guests, ACDN President Dr. Stephanie Hampton Credle and Executive Director April Jarrett, who shared their insights on the impactful work of ACDN. Smart & Sexy Day & March events are about helping to prepare women to secure employment and enhance the quality of their lives. The event activities include workforce readiness, professional development, and financial literacy classes.
