Na última semana, durante uma sessão, vivenciei uma situação inversa: eu era o coachee e a dor da minha coach poderia ser solucionada com uma ferramenta de IA que eu, como coach, estava testando e validando. Foi uma experiência muito interessante, pois pude compartilhar essas informações e trocar insights sobre como as ferramentas de IA estão auxiliando no coaching. Por exemplo, ferramentas de transcrição integradas aos softwares de reunião remota nos permitem transcrever toda a sessão e, posteriormente, usar outras ferramentas de análise para destacar os pontos mais importantes, criar listas de tarefas, resumos e anotações. Temos a responsabilidade de trazer clareza, inclusive sobre escolhas tecnológicas.

Some questions to ask yourself for starters would be: Who do I admire in this profession? What is my niche? How do I differentiate myself? Who is succesful already in the niche I chose? Once answered, these questions should provide a blueprint, useful in charting a path to better understand where you need to develop and which specific skills will have the most impact and thus should be prioritised. This is keeping in line with the pareto principle, that states that 20% of your actions account for 80% of the results, so concentrating on the most impactful skills should save time and have the most benefit for your practice. Lastly, start somewhere. It is important to do your research and develop perspective, but action is equally important.
