Earlier at the start of my application development journey, I was working on a pagination functionality to improve the page load time and reduce the load on the application. The application datastore was an SQL database, due to my inexperience I implemented the pagination in a way that it pulls all the record from the database to the application memory before finally performing the pagination on the record to take just the required page size and page number. Little did I know that my code not performance optimized, After making a pull request, a more senior developer showed me how my code will cause a performance bottleneck. The importance of feedback cannot be understated if you want to improve your coding skills. Always welcome feedback.

Feedback is 'the second eye' every developer needs. I think it's best for you to see it as a commendation of your current ability and an urge to improve upon it. In our space where learning is endless, feedback provides a lot of 'experiential learning'. A little "do it this way; that was great; it can be better done this way" from more experienced developers can be a long-term game changer in terms of your subsequent output.
