Caso o orçamento esteja apertado, invisto em cursos e palestras online de baixo custo e até gratuitos. By keeping up to speed with current affairs, you get an idea of what skills you need to develop. Also, a great rule of thumb is to have monthly upskilling session as part of your schedule

I will be highly active on platforms like LinkedIn, reaching out to decision-makers in my dream companies, including founders, CEOs, and talent recruiters. I will engage with their content and send direct messages about how I can add value to their company.

Networking is one of the most powerful tools in building oneself. Everyone who's on a mission to succeed must build a good network of like minds. Build a strong network and watch yourself soar in no time. How can you build a good network? That's why you are on LinkedIn. Connect with those in the same field, join groups and communities and spend at least 2hrs learning and going through your LinkedIn feeds.

I have been creating engaging content for the past few years, which has built my reputation. This ensures that when I reach out to other entrepreneurs, they take me seriously.

LinkedIn is a great place to do this it’s great for building your personal brand as a professional; if you like creative writing you are ahead of the game.

Personal branding is the key to developing a community on LinkedIn. Without it there is no point. Nowadays brands and companies are creating a personal brand so that costumers feel a place of authenticity. If you feel as though you need a boost it's probably because, you're lacking some motivation or burnt out. Do things you enjoy and find inspiration again. Embrace authenticity and introduce that into your marketing

Gaining an external perspective can often be beneficial to helping career growth. Oftentimes, we can get too accustomed to our routine that we don't realize how far the marketing industry has advanced. Even the tiniest of feedback can spark successful changes in your practice.

A break. My life is not defined my work. Taking a break will give you perspective, clarity and energy. Use that time to explore your natural skills. Connect with social media from another shoes: the user one. Consume social media as an user so you can identify what works best for you and your brands.

Learning skills, Networking, making personal brand etc is great but standing out is important. Everyone is doing basic steps but what are you doing that will make you the preferred one? 1. Learning skills that is sub branches and sub sub braches of your domain will make you stand out. 2. Creativity 3. Approaches - who you are approaching? 4. How much time you are giving to upskill you? 5. Working in small companies or start ups gives you so much challenges and increase your bandwidth. All of the above are my personal experience.
