Maximize learning with your preferred style but expand your knowledge by being open to learning through diverse modalities and, through networking and mentors, understand your knowledge gaps. Create a SMART Plan for learning. Your end goal is to maximize your effectiveness as a leader in your field and leveraging technology enables you to showcase your skills , passions and impact toward your target audience.
