En este punto es importante dividir 2 grupos, el primero, que son los planes de acción que nos permitan mitigar riesgos existentes que podemos controlar con los recursos con los que contamos, con cada responsable se deberán de crear un compromiso con el plan de acción, el cual posteriormente deberá ser evaluado. EL segundo grupo depende de factores externos que no tienen mucha recurrencia, pero que de darse, podrían afectar directamente al negocio, para este grupo de riesgos se deberá levantar un plan de contingencia, el cuál permitirá que en los casos que se presenten este tipo de eventos, poder mitigar los riesgos evitando que existan afectaciones a nuestro trabajo.
