Some companies I've worked for are too focused on completion / reactive times. And not on building quality and service into the job. For example Address the issue of water leaking from the kitchen ceiling by sending the appropriate engineer quickly probably a plumber. But your engineer needs to be able and willing to put right any extra issues they cause. It's not good enough to cut a hole in the ceiling and find and fix the leak only to leave the customer with a hole in their ceiling. Is your plumber willing to patch the ceiling. Is your plasterer available to attend at the same time. Team work is working together for the good of the customer. Not I've fixed the leak that's my job done. The ceiling is someone else's job not mine.
