Biases are curses. 😅 Curse of knowledge, curse of experience etc. Too much knowldge & experience or anything make you blind. Knowing that, you have to deliberately suspend the biases & judgment. It’s situational, if the situation demands your expertise, go for it. If the situation is about looking out for new stuffs and innovation, remind yourself of your biases.
