Here's how you can uplift and motivate team members following a setback in team facilitation.

First of all reduce or even eliminate the communication gap between the Team Leader and all the Team members working under my control. Ask about the grievance and discuss the reasons behind the failure. Resolve, if there is any conflict among the staff members. Give them due respect and motivate them with proper training and rewards based on performance. Monitor all the activities by yourself.

Reconocer los sentimientos no se trata solo de decir "te entiendo". Se trata de estar para el otro en cuerpo y escucha activa. Y de preguntar qué necesita, cómo podes ayudarlo, qué necesita que pase para que sienta que las cosas estan mejor y actuar en consecuencia. ¿Puede que lo que diga no sea del todo posible inmediatamente? claro! Pero algo debes hacer, el otro debe sentir que algo se hizo xq sino queda en me descargue y ya y si bien es bueno y ayuda no hace la diferencia. Y por ultimo, aunque lo que escuchas te resulte extraño o exagerado o inmaduro recordá que no sos vos, que es otro con una realidad diferente, una forma de ver la vida distinta y esta viviendo una etapa diferente a la tuya que aunque ya la viviste nunca será igual.

It is essential to foster open dialogue within teams, encouraging communication not only between management and employees but also among team members themselves. A culture of reflection is crucial. We can start by asking questions like: "What can we do differently?", "What steps we can take right now?". It is very important not to assign blame. Instead promote room for the initiative on the potential resolution of the setback.

En mi experiencia, podes hablarle al equipo, a todos al mismo tiempo, que cada uno va a interpretar cosas diferentes. Y es asi. Porque cada uno de ellos es distinto y ahi está el desafio como lider. Liderar el cambio, el proyecto con el desafío de un equipo diverso. Es clave que cada colaborador entienda realmetne su rol en el proyecto, el por qué de su función, cómo ayuda al resto y a el todo. Y que eso se sepa por todos. Para que tengan un sentido de pertenencia. Es muy importante que se conozcan los avances y en qué anda cada uno. Y en paralelo a todo eso que trabajes en equipo son escenciales las charlas individuales donde puedas trabajar con cada uno desde su mirada y perspectiva. Apliques escucha activa y respetes sus emociones.

In the present scenario, give them self esteem so that they get ready to take the ownership of the company. Lead them from the front. Encourage them by giving financial incentives. Give them appreciation and then explain goals and objectives set for a stipulated time frame. Take their problems seriously and always present an optimistic approach in front of them. Be determined to keep them in touch with hope and make things positively clear for a better future not only for the company but also for the employees as well.

It is very important to set time Smart, Time- bound, achievable and measurable goals for them. Give them full support in achieving these goals and objectives and also give them clues of different fringe benefits. Purpose to reach the destination should be very clearly defined.

Apoyo este punto, y sumo desde mi experiencia que en este punto se pone en práctica como lider nuestra habilidad de flexibilidad porque los objetivos pueden estar claros, incluso pudiste ayudar en dar indicaciones claras de cómo se debe hacer tal o cual cosa, pero cada colaborar puede darle su propia impronta a su parte del proyecto y eso puede ser distinto a lo que vos o cómo vos lo planteaste. ¿que te pasa a vos como liden en esa instancia? Dificil cuando estas comenzando. Es de los mayores desafíos, aprender a delegar, darle libertad y confianza a tu colaborador y acompañarlo en sus decisiones, guiandolo, ayudandolo pero dejandolo ser. Eso es ser lider y acompañar a un equipo. Eso es potenciar a tu colaboradores. Y construir confianza.

Collaboration is no doubt very important among the employees and with the Team Leader. They all should be well aware of the previous setback and they should be mentally prepared and trained for the future to avoid such an untoward situation. Success of the whole will result in the success of the company ultimately. Some additional motivations will enhance the confidence of the team members to confront the similar situations in future in a positive way to avoid reoccurring of the previous results.

Es clave en este punto que conozcas a tu equipo, sus motivaciones, formas de trabajar, que los mueve o no, etc. Porque de esa manera no solo podras asignarle el rol que mejor le quepa sino que podras generar duplas que se apoyen y hagan sinergia. Ademas de motivar encuentros periodicos con todos para compartir ideas, que avances tuvieron, que les preocupa y cuales son sus proximos inmediatos desafios. Esas cosas hacen al equipo, los fortalece y genera confianza.

When you get some success, declare this success for the whole team and appreciate their team Work. Celebrate the success according to norms, creed , culture and religion of the employees. Allocate some share for the well-being of the employees from the profit. In return, the employees will take the ownership of the organisation/company. "Man of the Month " type slogans may also be introduced with cash awards. Appreciation letters may be issued accordingly.

Hoy que muchos equipos trabajan de forma híbrida y funciona muy bien. En dodne las reuniones de equipo o entre pares se hace virtualemente, igual sugiero una juntada fija mensual presencial (claro siempre que sea posible). Y sino, porque vivien en paises distinto, intentar hacerlo 1 vez al año x lo menos. En donde puedan compartir no solo los logros y celebrarlos sino conocerse mas, verse desde otro lugar y seguir generando esa confianza que las presencialidad y el contacto genera. Encontrarse en lugares por duera de la oficina ayuda, ejemplo, 1 vez al mes almuerzo de trabajo en x lugar. O una vez al año nos encontamos en una oficina distinta para conocer el lugar del otro y conocer su cultura, su pais.

Provide ongoing support: Be available to listen, offer guidance, as I did for a team member struggling with a difficult task. The key is to create an environment where the team feels supported, empowered, and motivated to tackle the next challenge head-on.
