I did that in my previous job across my entire company, as I wanted to learn more about other areas, and everyone wanted to learn more about digital. I simply invited them for lunch, and during lunch we talked about what my day-to-day was, my challenges, etc. and then the other person did the same. There is immense learning that comes from listening to what problems the other person has to deal with on a daily basis, and why they are important. At the end, I learned, he/she learned and we fostered a better relationship.
