Here's how you can overcome challenges in expressing creativity as a mobile technology professional.

Engage in diverse experiences and learning opportunities to broaden your perspective and inspire new ideas. 4. Collaborate with professionals from different backgrounds to exchange ideas and challenge assumptions. 5. Embrace failure as a natural part of the creative process, learning from setbacks and iterating quickly. 6. Practice brainstorming techniques, such as mind mapping or lateral thinking, to generate novel solutions. 7. I would rather say primarily focus on new use cases from a customer perspective to drive innovation and see at what extent the constraints can limit this innovation. Start thinking on the what instead of the how to drive innovation.

In my experience, it is the reverse... check what job you are wanting to get done and what is it that you need at the minimum. If mobile technology can give that then it is a good option to choose. As one checks for minimal, so check for a roadmap for what may be required and then invest. All systems - small and large - always have constraints at their level.

Constraints are opportunities to deliver a better user experience through customization for a specific market segment. We develop products specifically to to take advantage of constraints. Limited or intermittent connectivity, smaller screen sizes, smaller file sizes, offline apps etc. These are all opportunities. If there is a problem, there is a product in the solution to the problem.

In these times more than ever, it is very important to stay up to date on technological issues, not only at the user level (that too). It is relatively easy to be aware of so much information since the channels are multiple, from newsletters, specialized portals, free online courses, articles and many more. Never stop learning!!

Without knowing the basics, there is no way out of this situation. Mobile tech landscape is complex and knowing the nuts and bolts is the key. While a lot of information is available online, key is to build your own knowledge base which you can refer to. That's the way to go ahead. Better use the methods of abstraction and patterns from Computational Thinking to get to these.

As an entrepreneur in the mobile industry you need to reinvent yourself and your product every three months. What is premium today is free tomorrow. You need to have many eggs in many baskets in terms of development, and constantly develop and test new use cases and solutions of your technology. One egg in one basket is an empty basket tomorrow.

Innovation requires collaboration. You can't rely only on internal sources for innovation. You need to look beyond company boundaries and collaborate with third parties, being customers, suppliers, peers, entrpreneurs...

You need other perspectives. Even pitching long shots is a great way to get feed. Putting together proposals for ideas and then pitching them business partners, collages, focus groups and friends is great way to get feedback. It forces you to brainstorm a concept yourself and then opens the door for feedback, which often results in an upgrade or new use case.

It is very important whenever you discover or learn things that are easy to share or implement, that you share them with your closest environment, so we can always provide feedback among your immediate core.

We do not take it too far to make it so user centric that the job to be done gets affected. First priority is the job to be done. Once that is clear then make it user centric to make it as easy and elegant as possible.

Succesful companies have a strong customer focus. Technology can be great as long as it serves customer needs. This is why we need to put the customer on the center of the business decisions and more specifically when launching new products and services to the market. Many successful products are not new ideas or concepts. They are purely a better user experience of an old concept, service or technology. I many cases in mobile technology the user experience is the product. The tech was already there, and everyone has the tech. The user experience is the real product.

If you only have take risk on one development and that fails you have no progress. You need to be risking 3 to 6 new developments in the mobile industry, because all you is for 1 of the 6 to work. If we are only risking one new thing at a time I get worried, because that is betting that one thing will go to the moon. I would rather risk 6 new things, because then we have a much better chance of successfully innovating.

Experimenting and gaining experience through experiments is the lifeblood of systems of today and mobile tech is no different. Experiment to the level you need to learn and take risks which will not hamper the business. It is key to ensure the Managers are informed and all stakeholders are aware.

Reflection must follow the Klob's cycle. And if you can get a guided reflection along with a senior or mentor; that adds the most value. In my experience writing and drawing has always helped reflect more and deep. Without reflection there is no real adaptation.

Follow the lean startup principles: Build it fast & cheap, Measure success, Learn or fail quickly to decide if you should Carry on, Adapt or Pivot. Don't insist without adjustment if your KPIs are not met.
