Remember, change doesn't happen overnight, but with persistence and innovation, you can guide your community through any transition.

1 Understand Fear

Understanding the root of resistance is crucial. Often, it stems from fear of the unknown or a perceived loss of control. By empathizing with these concerns, you can address them directly.
